Tata tea museum

The Tata Tea Museum on the Nallathanni Estate tells the wonderful story of Mnnar; its transformation extends from uninhabited forest area to farm village. Highlights of the museum include archeological equipment used to process tea, photographs, and other curiosity that illuminate the efforts of other courageous growers who have conquered the wild with small machines and small resources.

 Kashmir

Why Is Kashmir Important To India

Indian authorities are looking to achieve this, making Kashmir an important region. The region also has an abundance of resources such as uranium, gold, oil and natural gas. From a secular point of view, Kashmir is also important. Kashmir serves as a bridge between South Asia and Central Asia.In India, the only direct route to Central Asia and through Central Asia to Europe. It plays an important role in the Belt and Road system. Most importantly, it is important for the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) [12]. CPEC is a major bilateral project that includes infrastructure development in Pakistan, the establishment of transport networks between China and Pakistan and the construction of multiple power projects. Most of these programs are done through Kashmir controlled by Pakistan. Pakistan aims to connect directly with both Central Asia and China through Kashmir.

Kashmir is a central piece between three nuclear nations: India, Pakistan and China. At the moment, of the original territory of Kashmir, India has control over roughly 55% of the total area, Pakistan controls 30% of the land and China controls 15% of it.

Greater Kashmir

Greater Kashmir is an English daily newspaper published from Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir in India. The newspaper was first published in 1987 as a weekly magazine. In 1993 it was first published daily for the first time. Its editor-in-chief is Fayaz Ahmad Kaloo.

Much of the union area is mountainous, and physiology is divided into five sections most closely related to the elements of the western Himalayan structure. From west to east those areas include plains, mountains, the Pir Panjal Range, the Vale of Kashmir, and the Great Himalayas. The climate varies from the mountains between the eastern hemisphere to the tropical southwest. In the highlands the annual rainfall is about 3 inches (75 mm), but in the tropical area (around Jammu) the rainfall is about 45 centimeters (1,150 mm) per year. The whole region is prone to violent earthquakes, and mild to moderate tremors are common. A powerful earthquake raging in Pakistan's Kashmir earthquake killed hundreds in Jammu and Kashmir in 2005.

Weather In Kashmir

Rain and snow hit Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh on Tuesday as MET forecasts predicted an increase from thursday onwards. Due to the low density cloud cover, low temperatures have risen sharply in both UTs.

"Heavy and heavy snow is likely to hit the valley in the next 24 hours (until thursday). The weather will be much better tomorrow," said a State Department official.

Srinagar recorded releasing 0.8 degrees Celsius as the lowest temperature of the day while Pahalgam and Gulmarg recorded 1.1 and 4 respectively.

Azad Kashmir

Azad Kashmir, also known as Azad Jammu and Kashmir, is a Pakistani-controlled sector in the Kashmir region, in the northwestern part of the Indian subcontinent. Azad ("Free") Kashmir, founded in 1947 after the partition of India, is not a province or agency of Pakistan but has its own government which is considered by Pakistan to be "independent," although protected and economically and administratively connected with Pakistan. It covers an area of   about 650 square kilometers (1,680 square km) and consists of the area crossing the Indian subcontinent Jammu and Kashmir in the east, Pakistan's Punjab provinces in the south and southwest and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the west, and the Gilgit-Baltistan region in northern Kashmir in northern.
North Azad Kashmir is home to the Himalayan foothills rising to Jamgarh Peak (4,734 feet); to the south of this is the northwest reach of the Pir Panjal Range, which has a typical line of 3,800 meters (3,800 meters). The region is located at the northernmost point of the Indian and Australian tectonic plate and is prone to strong earthquake activity. In 2005 a magnitude 7.0 earthquake shook the administrative center of Muzaffarabad and surrounding areas.

The Jhelum River and its upper tributaries, including the Punch River, cut through thick and steep valleys in these mountains; Jhelum also forms the majority of the western boundary of Azad Kashmir. The southern part of the site consists of a small plateau country in the Punch region characterized by a meeting of courageous sand fans. The thorns and thistles that cover it are the largest species of vegetation in the south; the shrub penetrates pine forests to the northern highlands.
Wheat, barley, maize (sorghum), sorghum and livestock are raised in low-lying areas and support high population density. In the above densely populated areas, maize, cattle and forests are the mainstays of the economy. There are marble deposits near Muzaffarabad and Mirpur, graphite in Mohriwali, and other deposits of bauxite, silk, chalk, zircon, and low coal. The domestic industry manufactures carved wood, textiles, and dhurrie carpets.

Azad Kashmir's administration is overseen by the Kashmir News Department in Pakistan and its headquarters is in Muzaffarabad, which is connected by a road to Abbottabad in the southwest. Mirpur is a large city in the southern part of the territory.

My group is going to ladakh

Ladakh, large area of the northern and eastern kashmir region

it was a dream come true for me to make the trip to Ladakh alone. My first trip to the Himalayas was a trip to Ladakh. I made a trip to Lake Bhrigu once in the last two years. I had to wait another two years to make the trip to Ladakh. Many thanks to Trillophilia for showing me such a great opportunity and an excellent package for the Ladakh trip. A 10-day visit alone was a challenge, for me first. However, the Trophophilia tour operator encouraged me and led me to enjoy the trip to the fullest extent possible. With the exception of the food, everything during the trip was amazing. Having been told that food would be scarce and unpleasant during the trip, I was prepared to deal with the matter and no complaints about it.

ladakh-tourism

I had to treat it with noodles, tea and bread most of the day because carrots and lentils didn't help me at all. I joined the team from Delhi. We arrived in Manali early in the morning and from there, we traveled to other destinations in two local operators' jeeps. When we arrived in Leh, I was overjoyed. It's a beautiful valley with lots of things to see. The ground was really hard, probably because of the weather. I went in in September. It wasn't as cold as I expected. However, I always had to wear jackets. In Leh, we were staying in a hotel. After that the sightseeing tour is done with the provided jeeps. Only one day dedicated to travel.

I think it's the third or fourth day of the trip. That was in Pangong Lake from the ground up. It was just amazing. Also, Khardung La was unexplained. Rolling and hidden challenges have kept us breathing frequently. From the top of the globe, low views of the valley and from the Himalayan Mountains were real images with many options for making beautiful memories. We also visited two monks near Leh. I think Shey Monastery and Leh Palace are the most beautiful buildings I have visited during the trip. All in all, it was a great trip to see you. I think we need a minimum of two weeks to enjoy everything and complete the tour with complete satisfaction. Many places pose many challenges and if the weather does not allow it, then it is the Herculean's job to complete this journey with pure joy.

Is the middle of November suitable for a Leh Ladakh tour?

Both the Leh-Manali Highway and Leh-Srinagar Highway remain closed for nearly five months between November and April due to heavy snowfall.

ladakh-tourism

Highways and passes remain very closed because of excessive snow. The water and electricity supply is extremely scarce and the bitter cold makes it very very difficult to bear. Acclimatization will itself take a long duration of time. The only way to reach Ladakh is by air.

The ideal time to visit is in summers when the land is inviting, and the high snow-bound passes remain opening and temperatures are pleasant enough for a couple of hours without a sweater. The path offers spectacular views, and the place is seen as a bikers’ and photographers’ best paradise place.

Royal Enfield Himalayan sustain a Leh Ladakh tour..?

Definitely, first of all you can get the answer by the bike model itself. Leh Ladakh is in Himalayas and Himalayan will be a perfect partner.

ladakh-tourism

RE Himalayan is dedicated for off-road riding. Basically Ladakh ride is fully of patchy roads, broken roads and mainly no roads.but slow ride is very carefull ride,Sorry  Himalayan is the perfect choice for that. but ladakh is peacefull place

And the all new BS6 Himalayan will have the feature that you can decide whether to on Single Channel ABS and Dual Channel ABS. With the Single Channel ABS mode you can do some astonishing drift ride there….

Considering the fact that RE Himalayan is a breed of an off-roader and a tourer, so no doubt about the capabilities of the bike. It can easily sustain the terrain of Leh Ladakh and you will enjoy the curves of the road on this bike. The 411cc of Himalayan is slightly underpowered when compared to the other adventure bikes available in the market but in terms of handling and cost-efficiency, it is a clear winner.

Enjoyed the adventure ride....

how to go ladakh

There are two options to get to Leh / Ladakh, the preferred route to get there by bike and there are two main routes to get there

https://intothewonderfull.blogspot.com/

Leh-Manali Highway: This route is 490 kilometers from Rohtang, Gramphu, Kokshar, Darcha, Baralacha La, Gata Loops, Lachulung La, Tanglang La, Gya and Karu on the way. This route is open from June to September.

Leh-Srinagar Highway: Srinagar is 434 kilometers from Leh. The route includes Sonmarg, Zozi La, Drass, Kargil, Mulbek, Lamayaru and Saspol before reaching Leh. This route is open from june to november. It is a very magnificent and very attractive route in its path.

If you choose to ride a bike make sure you find a bike that is suitable for a long trip. Eg: Royal enfield 350 and 500 cc, Royal enfield Himalayan etc.

https://intothewonderfull.blogspot.com/

Another option would be by plane which is the easiest option.  nearest airport is Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport located in Leh. The airport is connected to many international airports in India such as Delhi. It also finds flights from Srinagar, Jammu, Chandigarh and other common places. The airport is a military base so, safety is tight. It is important that all your documents are ready when you enter Ladakh by airport. It is best to have a hard copy of your e-ticket.

Ladakh is a beautiful place but do not forget that it is not the place you long for. It's a journey you want to experience.

https://intothewonderfull.blogspot.com/

It is best not to contact any agent. It has many advantages.

There are various modes of transportation available to reach the ladakh.

-You can take a flight to Ladakh from Delhi.

-Rent a car

-Go in your car

Rent a Bicycle

-Take your bike

If you fly there you are more likely to get a high-risk illness, and ultimately disrupt your schedule. These vary from person to person depending on age and medical conditions. On the other hand when you walk down the aisle the height increases slightly and your body finds time to adjust to atmospheric pressure. And this is different in two ways. First Manali - Leh Highway downhill and there are places like Sarchu where Oxygen can be very low. The route from Srinagar and Kargil has a slight decrease in altitude and may be more comfortable for some people.

When choosing a route you need to choose your route correctly. If you love adventure I would say it would be good for you to explore a two-wheeled route but if you only want a good experience and some solitude, a car ride would be a good option. Going all the way can be tiring. Ideally one should start at 8 a.m. and ride until 4-5 p.m. Your car gives you the freedom to park anywhere, camp anywhere and wherever you go. your private car can clearly indicate your route without any objection. Because there is nothing we can do about lazy bones, early birds should not keep them out of the sun

Riding in your car always gives you a good feeling. There is a lot of fun. But book your hotel in advance so you can get direct access to your hotel. The first time I went to Manali we didn’t book any hotel and we had a hard time finding a better hotel because we were traveling about 08 hours ago and we were all tired. So booking your hotel in advance will be the best option for you

Traveling on the bike is fun but when you drive through the mountains hill, that's a different feeling itself,

choosing the correct bikes is most important because you don't want to ruin your trip because of your vehicle choice, Do you?

in mind choose a bike with at least a 500cc engine, you don't need an expansive bike but you should keep thisIt doesn't matter if it's the holiday season or not you should pre-book your stay as it will cost you less and then you   don'tworry about it. Try to stay in outer city and town areas as it will be easy to travel from there.

Have a good budget

The budget is important you  need to have a high budget but your budget should be around 55000-60000 including shopping, You may have less than this budget but if you want to enjoy your trip this budget is perfec

Night Travel To Manali To Delhi

It is safe to drive at night. I have been to Manali as overtime. And we used to go only at night. It takes 7-12 hours from Delhi to Manali by car. But on winter nights it is a little dangerous as the weather changes suddenly and it becomes foggy and leads to low visibility. So be very carefulI want you to be aware of a few other things since we are talking about safety here. Please do not drink and drive. Also avoid smoking hash or ganja while driving. Smoke your assignment if you are a Manali or take a detour and go to the suspect.
